Healthy Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough 3 Ways

I love my sweets, but I am watching my sugar intake as well as limiting flour in my diet. This egg-free cookie dough satisfies my cravings without undoing my workouts. It’s sweetened with ripe banana and full of nutritious power foods like chia seeds.

Enjoy this treat in 3 wonderful ways!

1. By the spoonful 

Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough:

  • 6 tbsp butter, softened
  • 1 ripe banana 
  • 1/3 c brown sugar
  • 1/4 c Stevia powdered sweetener
  • 2 tsp vanilla 
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 c ground chia seeds
  • 1/4 c ground flax seeds
  • 1/4 c flour (any kind)
  • 1 c quick oats
  • 1/2 bag of dark chocolate chips (about 5 oz.)

Cream together butter, banana, sugar & Stevia. Add the vanilla & almond milk. Mix in the salt, ground seeds, flour & oats. Stir in chocolate chips and enjoy!

Note: do not attempt to bake this dough. It is meant to eat raw. 

2. Bite sized

Oatmeal Cookie Dough Bites:

Just roll dough into balls and chill in fridge until firm.


3. Protein packed

Protein Cookie Dough Balls:

Replace the butter in the above recipe with peanut butter. Add a scoop of protein powder in place of the flour. Roll the dough into balls and refrigerate or freeze till firm. Now you have easy protein cookie dough balls!

Great for kids’ packed lunches!
